Legal Notices and Account Terms
This is the policy room of planetliga. We've gathered the legal notices that govern your account, the data we hold, the lobby rules we enforce and the regional...
Our Policy Posture for Indonesia
planetliga operates under licensing arrangements that recognise Indonesia as a supported region only where local law permits. Our terms cover account creation, identity checks, dispute steps, dormant balances and the lawful basis we use to process your data. We document each clause in plain English so you can read it once and know where you stand. Cross-border rules apply when you travel,
and the version of the policy you accepted on signup remains binding until we publish a successor notice. Payment context such as DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS is referenced inside the wallet clauses, never in the eligibility ones.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
How to Reach Our Policy Desk
Policy questions go to a dedicated desk, not the lobby chat. Use the routes below if you need a clause clarified, a data request filed, or a consent withdrawn.
How We Review Each Policy Page
Every clause you read here passed through a documented review chain. We treat policy text as a product surface, not a static page, and we keep the editorial trail visible.
Counsel sign-off
Our retained counsel reviews every legal page before it goes live. Their initials are stored against each version in our policy log, alongside the date the clause entered force on planetliga.
Quarterly refresh
We schedule a full policy refresh every quarter and an emergency refresh when Indonesian regulation shifts. The change summary appears at the top of the page so you don't have to diff the whole document.
Plain-English pass
After the legal draft, an editor rewrites dense clauses into readable English without changing the meaning. Counsel re-checks the rewrite so what you read matches what you'd see in court.
Version archive
Earlier versions of every notice stay accessible by request. If you accepted our terms last year, we can show you the exact wording you agreed to and the date you ticked the box.
Regulator dialogue
We keep open lines with the regulators that supervise our licence. Their feedback shapes how we phrase eligibility, age verification and complaint routes on this page.
Reader feedback loop
If a clause confuses you, the policy desk logs the question and the next refresh cycle addresses the wording. Several recent edits came directly from messages sent by account holders in Indonesia.
Consistency Across Our Policy Pages
Our terms, privacy notice, cookie statement and complaint policy share the same drafting standard. Here's how the pages line up so you don't get conflicting answers across documents.
What You'll See on Our Policy Pages
Each legal page on planetliga follows the same layout so you can find clauses fast. These are the design elements we keep consistent across the policy...
Version banner
A dated banner sits at the top of every notice. It tells you which version is in force, when it replaced the previous one, and links you straight to the change summary if you only need the diff.
Clause anchors
Every numbered clause has its own anchor link. Copy the URL from your address bar to share a specific paragraph with our policy desk or your own legal advisor without ambiguity.
Defined terms panel
Capitalised terms in the document map to a side panel of definitions. Hover or tap the term and the meaning opens inline so you don't lose your place in the clause.
Jurisdiction badge
A small badge marks clauses that apply only in supported regions. If you sign in from outside Indonesia, the badge updates to reflect the rules of where you are at that moment.
Print-ready view
A single button strips navigation and prepares the notice for PDF or paper. Useful when you want a signed copy of the terms version that was active when you opened your account.
Last-reviewed stamp
Beneath each section, a stamp shows the last counsel review date. If the stamp is older than ninety days, our compliance team is already preparing the next refresh.
