Your payment info is encrypted and logged on our platform. If a transaction fails to credit, we investigate and reverse it within 48 hours. Payment-rail outages (bank server down) are outside our control; we escalate to the provider.

Limits vary by payment method and account age. New accounts start with lower caps; limits increase after 30 days and identity verification. Check the Deposit/Withdrawal page for your current ceiling and daily movement allowances.

We can suspend or close an account only if you breach our terms—duplicate accounts, underage play, payment fraud, or bonus abuse. We provide written notice citing the violation. Legitimate account closures are processed with 14 days' notice for fund withdrawal.
